There is a $250 non-refundable wait list and enrollment processing fee. Families with multiple children will be charged $100 for each additional child. This fee is not applied to tuition. ICA also requires a $650 deposit that will be applied to the last month of enrollment’s tuition, and is non-refundable in the event that enrollment does not take place.
ICA requires 60 days notice of cancellation.
Tuition fees include all specialty classes (music, art, drama, and dance) as well as breakfast, lunch, two snacks, and all fluids (milk, filtered water) starting at age 1 and up.

Tuition fees are billed on a monthly basis and will be due/processed on the 25th for the upcoming month. When the 25th falls on a weekend, tuition will be billed on the Friday prior. Fees will be prorated for families starting in the middle of the month or later. If a family’s tuition is more than two weeks late enrolled children will not be permitted to attend until payment is received. Tuition past due one month will lead to termination from the center.
Families with 2 of more children enrolled in Imagination Children’s Academy will receive a 15% discount on the older child’s tuition fee. Families with 3 or more children will also receive a 10% discount on the middle child’s tuition fee.
Tuition fees are based on space reserved and are due whether or not your child is in attendance.
Imagination Children’s Academy is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:30pm. A late fee of $20 will be added to your tuition at the end of the month for each pick up after 6:30pm.
